The hotel is located right by the lake, giving us stunning views from our room. We had a super spacious and comfortable room, and the restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. The hotel also had a nice spa area with a pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Highly recommend!
The only thing I would ask for is more fun activities for young party-goers. While the hotel had a beautiful location and great amenities, it would have been even better if there were more options for young people to enjoy and have a great time.

Staying by the lake was a great experience! the room and bathroom were tidy, and the breakfast is not to be missed. the view of the lake from the restaurant is amazing. One can also find nice restaurants around the area. the staff was friendly and professional. the hotel also had a spa, pool, and sauna which were great facilities.
The phone in the reception and restaurant could be more responsive.

Some of the staff was really nice. The hotel is situated directly on the lake.
Food at the restaurant wasn't good - one of us ordered a risotto and was served something that looked more like rice porridge instead. It took more than half an hour to replace the jam at the breakfast buffet. Not all staff speaks English, even at the reception. We booked rooms with park view - we had a view of the roof and the road instead. We booked a double room, yet there was an 8cm gap between the beds due to the style of the bed - not comfortable.

This place is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is simply perfect, right by the lake in such a nice area. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The pool was a great way to relax and unwind, and it was never overcrowded. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast spread. the service here was top-notch and made my stay truly memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice lake view from our room’s balcony and a relaxing indoor pool were the best aspects of my city break. The location was perfect right in the heart of the town with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The breakfast had a good variety of items and was filling enough to last until lunchtime.
The room was too basic and in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been and the bed was uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, and the hotel facilities were top-notch with an indoor pool and jacuzzi that were open from 7-22. The parking was ample, and we could easily find a spot. The location directly on the lake was breathtaking, and we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast in the very nice restaurant with a view over the lake. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
For us, it was ideal.

The room had a wonderful view of the lake and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was great and filled us up for the day. there was a beautiful pool where we could relax after a long day of exploring the city.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was a bit of a musty smell in the corridors due to poor ventilation. the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but it did the job.
